In March we held an event to launch Myeloma Forward at Stormont. This was enabled and attended by several MLAs as well as medical professionals, supporters and with representation from four cancer charities. The Chair of the Health Committee, Philip McGuigan, and Michelle McIlveen spoke. It proved to be a great success in promoting awareness of myeloma with our MLA's, and from this we were able to arrange to meet the Helath Minister, Mike Nesbitt, and the Health Committee Chair, Philip McGuigan.

We were supported on the day by some local charities, LLNI and Cancer Focus NI, as well as Myeloma UK, and Myeloma Patients Europe.
